Manufactured according to the original General Motors specifications. Each harness is fully assembled, taped, and ready to install. This harness will plug into the firewall in the factory location, and will follow original routing in the engine compartment. A combination of the engine and front light harness accomplish most functions under the hood of an early GM vehicle. This front light harness is modified for a GM SI-series internally regulated alternator installed on the driver side of the engine compartment, and will not include external voltage regulator wiring. It is also suitable for a one-wire internally regulated alternator, but the two wire SI-series connector should not be used when installed with a one-wire alternator part. NOTE: Note: Modified for RH passenger side 1983-85 and earlier "SI" series internal regulator alternator
