This windshield seal goes first on the glass and is installed using the rope-in method. The trim groove requires you to re-use your 3/8 shallow set chrome trim. Made from ozone resistant EPDM rubber and from the same OE specs as the original for an authentic fit and finish. "This item is designed to be installed during glass replacement. Precision recommends contacting a professional auto glass technician for installation."
